Coaching vs Therapy

In Coaching we deal with the “here and now”. Coaching is solution orientated and less of a long internal discovery process.

What do I have to do NOW in order to get closer to my goals or to resolve the conflict I have in my professional or personal life?

Coaching is very “hands on” and practical, using the capabilities you already have but may not use with the right intention.

However, it may happen that coach and client encounter some bigger stumbling blocks that cannot be solved by coaching alone, and then may decide to refer this to therapy.
